The caravan is a 2021 model but was first bought in 2022 and I am the only owner of it.

Caerwys View Caravan Park is an owners only park so you, your family and friends can stay but you cannot let it out to strangers.
The park is a 12 month park with a secure barrier to enter, the gardens are well maintained and if your looking for piece and quiet then this caravan is for you. You can sit in the lounge look at the views and not another caravan as most pitches offer.
You have your own parking space for two cars and your not far from all the great places to visit in North Wales.
It comes with a wireless temperature remote for the heating system which allows you to turn on/off or up/down the heating from any room especially the bedroom before you get out of bed in the mornings and DIY SOS use these in all homes they do up for people as seen on TV.
The caravan also comes with an outdoor tap and water butt.
Caerwys Village has 2 pubs, Post Office, Cafe, Butchers, off licence and a shop for all your needs.
