Dora The Explorer PVC Rain Coat & Storage Bag - Size S/M

This cute raincoat is in good clean used condition and comes with a matching storage bag.
The chest measures approximately 34" and it's roughly 22" long.
The arm length from the top of the shoulder to the cuff is 21"
According to the us size chart S/M equates to age 7/8 but I've included the measurements so you can decide for yourself whether it will fit.
