Sam is available for full or part loan minimum 3 days per week. He must stay on our farm in Stalybridge.
Sam is our absolute world and he knows it he is a brilliant little pony who we have owned for a number of years he has taught both my daughters to ride.
He is absolutely amazing out hacking he can go out by himself but usually goes with a group from the current farm as he doesn’t mind being the leader.
He never bucks rears or bolts and wouldn’t say he is spooky at all but obviously he is a horse! In the school Sam enjoys his work and he enjoys his jumping but for the first time going over he needs a bit of reassurance that it’s not going to run after him.
Although I say sam taught my daughters to ride he is no means a kick along. He is responsive off the leg and enjoys having fun. He is very safe but his canter can be forward and a little bouncy. My daughters have never known anything else so handled that well whilst learning. He will go on a lead rein if he had to but he prefers abit more of an established rider. He has been to local shows and loads well.
He is stabled in Stalybridge with lots of off road hacking and a school.
