Dexter is a 13h cob with a soft hearted plodding personality. He is nearly 7.
Dexter is great with children and goes out on hacks around the village, is fine with cars, dogs and any other animals he sees on his travels. His well behaved being ridden in an open field.
Dexter has also started schooling and his favorite exercise is poll work!
He has a lovely working trot and picks his feet up nicely. And a fun canter.
He is a sweet lad, and loves a groom and a cuddle! He’s good for the farrier, vet and dentist, putting on rugs, spraying down with a hose, putting suncream and fly spray on. Nothing phases him. He is turned out all through the summer and stabled at night in the winter.
Dexter would be perfect for a mother / child share who wants to hack out or put the time in to get him fully schooled. He loves working and spending time with us. He will often bring himself in for cuddles and grooming if we are in the yard working.
Only selling as my neice has outgrown him and granddaughter has lost interest
