Restoration work was under way when Rheumatic Arthritus halted work.
Boat is ashore in Hayle harbour close to A30.

PLAN was as follows
Replace Engine with 30-50 hp. £1500-3000 with heat exchanger=hot water calorfier
Present 22 QM runs fine raw water cooled.
Put large hatch in cockpit remove steel fuel tank with plastic allowing access to stern gland & cockpit drains ?
Sails with sailmaker, new tan on hold as are bunk cushions
Standing rigging is within time limit (just ! ) & in good order
All running rigging has been replaced
Roller furling serviced on main & genoa reefing lines etc are replaced.
Large solar panels fitted plus m p p t controller 2 new 120 amp batteries
Side power 4hp. bow thruster. Electric anchor winch with remote.
Gas & monoxide alarm fitted & tested. 20mm drain in gas locker.
240v.
New f/w pump & pipes fitted. Toilet refurbished New hand bilge pump & electric
240v. proper box fitted with 6 outlets RCD &
Ray marine radar, Self steering 4000, s t 60, speed, depth, wind. Garmin
map plotter & DSC vhf.
Brunton auto prop has been reserviced with stripper cutter.
All exterior woodwork has been taken back & 4 coats of uv protection put on. Hull polished ongoing.
