Looking for a sharer for a minimum of 3 days a week for a 16.2hh 24 year old Irish sports horse.
Must be over 18 years and a confident rider. Financial contribution will be required along with minimal yard duties work as he lives out all year.
This lovely horse is good to catch, groom, tie up. He is up to date with dentist, chiropractor, sports massage, shod every 6 weeks and wormed every 8 weeks.
He is happy to hack out in company or alone. Great in traffic and open spaces.
Happy to load and travel.
He has done a lot of show jumping, has good flatwork, loves cross country, hunting, team chase and a potential sharer is welcome to take him out to events.
This horse is very experienced in every discipline and is nowhere near ready to retire. He still makes cross country seem like it’s a breeze.
He is based at a small friendly yard with good hacking and a trailer available to hire.
BHS instructor at yard every fortnight available for 1:1 or group tutution.
Ridden currently 1 day a week, but is available for 5 days. This horse loves to be in full work hence looking for someone else!
Rider requirements:
Can be strong in hand!
Needs a firm rider.
Isn’t a ploddy type. This horse isn’t suitable for a novice he knows his job!
