4 yr old Irish Draught Gelding

Silver is a 4 year old purebred Irish Draught gelding by the fabulous Fast Silver stallion, Baltydaniel Silver Fox.
His dam is by Bridgeford Stockbroker and his granddam by Island King. He has some of the finest Irish breeding with his paternal granddam, Foxglen Diamond Queen, being a very successful International Showjumping mare.
This is a powerful young horse, bred to perform.
Silver was entire until the age of 4 and has retained the impressive stallion features, now in a gelding form.
He has a beautiful topline and first class confirmation.
He stands out in a class of his own.
Silver was backed in the spring and was very easy under saddle.
He is very green having done very little ridden work but he’s extremely trainable and an all round bit of a dude.
He would need a competent rider as he’s a big powerful horse but a generally calm character and he will make someone a very impressive and loyal lifelong companion.
He has been with us at Silveroak Stud since the age of 2 and as with all of our horses, only the finest 5* home will apply.
Silver is an intelligent, playful and kind young horse.
He has a lot to offer and he has enormous potential.
I would be amazed if this young horse isn’t someday in the Hoys or Dublin spotlights, and he would also be the finest of Masters rides.
