TC2-PROUK Lucky Reptile Digital Thermostat

TC2-PROUK digital thermostat, item has damage to the temperature probe cable which has been taped (see pics), it does work but not reliable. I have no idea if the cable can be replaced or trimmed down and reconnected to sensor. Someone with some know how might be able to repair.

Included is an ExoTerra ceramic heat emitter PT2048 which does work.

I personally have never used it, it was bundled in with a vivarium I bought years ago and got stuffed in a box and forgotten about.
