WANTED diy livery/field for rent

Hello!
I’m looking to rent a field or DIY livery for my shetland ponies. Friendly ponies, not fence breakers, gentle natured. Can come with electric wiring to go round fencing if needed. Willing to view anything as I’m losing grazing due to ground being sold. Ideally around Bedlington, Ashington but could travel further if needed.
Could also share field with sheep or other horses/ponies.
