Dairy keeping course Saturday 4th May and 22nd June

New for 2024 we are offering Dairy Goat keeping courses.

The course will cover basic handling, legalities, drenching,
worming,
injecting, medicines, foot trimming, feeds, buildings, breeding, general pregnancy care, milking both hand and machine.

Plenty of time outside getting hands on experience.

Course runs 9.30 until 4pm. Homecooked lunch, tea/coffee biscuits and cakes included cost is £100 with a £10 deposit on booking with the remainder of the balance due 14 days before course date.

You are supplied with notes from the course. We offer ongoing advice service for course attendees to help you get started with your own herd.

You will need wellies or boots and waterproofs.
