Experienced rider for dressage stallion

Competent rider wanted to ride 2 or 3 times per week I’m looking for a very competent rider with rider insurance (third party a minimum) to hack my amazing stallion out a few times a week.
He is 25 and although excels in dressage is taking a step back to an easier life.
Although a stallion he is amazingly well behaved but can be sharp and cannot be ridden by a novice.
I’m looking for someone who is happy to hack on their own or with me on another of my horses.
Will need to see you ride.
I am after no financial contribution but help with jobs is a bonus
