I have this goldie lookin' 'natural' finish jazzbox for sale, a quality instrument from the Gibson stable of made-in-China models at a highly affordable price. I ordered it new from Peach Guitars in London in 2020, as a 'lockdown 'n' learn' project, and promptly had a heart attack! I've had to give up playing since, owing to arthritis, hence the Emperor is completely free of marks and scuffs and scratches and looks as good as new - because it is! It's been kept in a brand-new Epiphone hardcase ever since. A full hollowbody with a classic single-cutaway format, its design dating from the early 1990s and endorsed by legendary guitar virtuoso Joe Pass, who regularly accompanied stars such as Ella Fitzgerald, it features a lavishly inlaid 20-fret maple set-neck with 12" fretboard radius for easy playability through two vintage-style Pro-Bucker pickups and has consistently earned rave reviews.
