Huge 1/12 scale dolls house selling empty

This house was handmade by Steve Hoult of TouchWood houses and is called Richmond, I have email conformation from him

Im selling this as a project, as I will be emptying it of everything that's removable apart from the lights which are not all finished, there is still the loft to decorate and one room at the side. So 10 rooms plus attic you can see how large it is as there is a normal sized house at the side of it. Pictures do do the size of it justice.

I love it but trying to downsize, it's 50 inch wide x 50 inch tall x 33 inch wide the front dolls house doors have to be removed to go through the door.

Note this will be sold unfurnished and not all the lights have been installed so needs finishing off, Im selling it as a project as its not finished.

Its an absolutely beautiful house but I just have no room.

Buy will need a large van it won't fit in any car.
