Genuine Harley Davidson boots UK size 4.5

USA size 6.5 - which equates to 4.5 UK.
I’m unsure what material these are - suede or another skin.
They're in unmarked condition - worn no more than a couple of times - not on the Harley though!
They cost around £125.00 - looking for £45.00 plus shipping.
