Rising 5 year old registered Highland Pony gelding. Bum high at the moment and should make 13.2hh. Owned since 11 months old so full history known. Not backed but he’s had tack on and a little groundwork done so a blank canvas. Mac is a very sweet pony, absolutely loves being brushed and fussed over. He’s smart, moves lovely and straight and I think he would turn his hoof to any job.
He comes to call, loads and travels but hasn’t been out this year although has previously been out to a couple of shows and behaved very well. Up to date with jags and teeth. Regularly trimmed as barefoot. Lives in or out. Happy to be stabled. He currently lives in a stable in a cow shed so definitely not the attached type and literally cow proof!! He is used to farm machinery. Haven’t had him out on roads as our road is very fast and I just wouldn’t hack on it but I don’t think he’d bother with quieter roads. He’s a little trier but can be opinionated so no novices. Would suit a small adult who wants to put their own stamp on him and have fun, but with experience with the breed. He deserves the world and is only available as I just can’t give him the consistency he needs due to lack of time and health. Happy to discuss him at length to genuine interested parties.
