Private track system grass turnout to share

Tentatively looking for someone to share my 24/7 unsurfaced track system.
Horses have permanent access to 45ft hardstand with ad lib haylage, 36ft fully bedded shelter and 45ft sand yard. Year round track system, with access to the middle when needed.
Can ride in the field during summer.
Hacking is to die for.
School that I rent 5 mins up the road.
Happy chilled mixed herd of 4.
Just me and one loaner, this is not a livery yard, just me and my ponies.
This is a full care position, no need for jobs, but always appreciate help. Small token feed included. Rug changes. Regular enrichment. Water buffet. Barefoot trimmer visits. Meds and sprays.
This is not simply grass turnout and is charged at full livery rate. Your horse will have the best of all worlds.
