This is a very unusual figure of a lady with her guide dog. I have never seen one of these before, more often its just the dog figure. Looks to be silver plated but not sure.
It was presented to H.M. Customs in 1990
Louis Lejeune made a lot of guide dog figures, not sure if this is by him
