16.2hh 6yo bay gelding Standardbred

For sale 16.2 h Standardbred bay gelding, 6 yrs old in May. Bred locally, history known, good to catch, load, shoe, clip and handle. Low mileage, has been brought on slowly, lovely nature, hacks out on his own, not been schooled much due to lack of facilities. Keen to learn, very intelligent, likes to be kept busy. Not a novice ride as he’s still learning. Can be spooky at times but not sharp. If he does spook, he doesn’t hot up. Has seen poles, been lunged, loose jumped, reasonably scopey. Fully shod. Shoeing, worming and vaccinations up to date. Passport and microchipped.
Only for sale as I don’t have the time to dedicate to him. His conformation isn’t great but he’s sound, capable and never been lame. He needs to go on and further his education now. He will make a lovely ride for someone. Read more
