Wanted Loan/ lwvtb to move to a private yard

I'm am wanting to loan a horse for a the next year or so ( maybe longer depending on the horse)

Happy hacker to move yards (Darlington) decent weight carrier. Must be happy to hack alone. Projects considered.
Yard is a private small yard and unlimited access will be given to the owner

Would also consider a livery/ part loan arrangement

Would also potentially consider a LWVTB for a project. Nothing dangerous but I am used to difficult horses,
i am a calm, sympathetic and experienced rider and handler and can provide references.

15hh plus preferably. No TBs and must be happy to be barefoot on a yard with direct access to grass track bridleways and no road work
