Vintage German 1980’s Desk Set

A unusual Vintage German 1980s Desk Set, consisting of a Letter Opener, Scissors & an integrated LCD Thermometer in Aachen Design.

Quality German made letter opener & Scissors / integral thermometer in plastic holder made by Aachen Design in the 1980s.

Both are made from stainless steel & signed & stamped with a crown.

They are in used expected condition, for items of this age & nature. The handle of the letter opener has a small wear scratch where it's rubbed against the case.
The plastic case is a little scruffy & has lots of small scratches. It may clean up, as it's in "as found condition". I have no idea what the round disc is, but a pen fits in it so maybe it's a pen holder.
