Beautiful Elowen was born on Dartmoor. El is very well handled and superbly behaved for everything that needs doing. Regularly has her feet trimmed and stands perfectly, although she has such good feet they don't need trimming too often.
El has had her first two starter vaccinations and is due her third in summer before having annual boosters.
El is a fairly quiet youngster and mixes well in a herd. El currently lives with a few fairly old horses and a friend of her own age. El is quite safe to handle, she does not kick or bite and is used to dogs wandering.
Unfortunately El went to a home that failed her before coming back to me. Her owner didn't call a vet when El started showing signs of skin complaints and this turned into a whole body issue.
El has been successfully treated now but is growing out a clip from where she needed treatment so her coat looks uneven in the photos.
El was treated for mites and rain scald, both of which won't affect her going forward. There is always a chance she could have a degree of sweet itch which only time will tell.
Hopefully this doesn't put you off meeting this sweet natures lady, saying that, El can be the type of lady to pin her ears and look grumpy at times but she is harmless and loves a good pamper. She will follow you around while doing tasks and wait for a cuddle
