Framed picture of Lester Piggott by Steve Mac

Framed picture of Lester Piggott, by Steve Mac. Approx 59cm x 48cm. I bought this from a collectors market several years ago. Definitely dates to 1995 as per sticker on back when gifted as a present.
There are areas in the corners where it looks like damp is or has been present, not sure if that's on the picture itself or the inside of the frame, I bought it like that and its not worsened in the years I have had it (see photos). Has been on display here but due to renovations of our house, I no longer have space for it.
