Anvil 1950’s British Military

I have for sale a 1950 UK Military John Brooks Anvil. It came as part of a Unit clearance and I have no use for it.
I took it to a Blacksmith so he could give me an idea of value and he said that in his opinion it’s in ok ready to use condition and if it was cleaned up a little it would be worth between £550 - £700 . I am not a greedy person fo I am prepared to let it go for to sell price of £400 and that is a excellent price as I’ve seen these sell upwards of £750 without the military background..
