Hey,
Here I have my beautiful home bred Appaloosa x AQA for full loan. Ideally to stay on current yard in Bradford. However, would consider for the right person but would require references and for you to come see him at current yard for a while first.
Cracking bloodlines…. His grandfather is Monty Roberts “Hollywood Dun it”
So he has all the potential and brains to turn his hoof to anything.
He can be nervous and so needs a confident and experienced kind rider to get him to his full potential.
He has a lovely jump on him and has gone on fun rides to do XC. He has not done a full course. Only odd jumps and doubles.
Good on all 3 paces.
Doesn’t really like arena work as he gets bored but has been ridden many many times in the arena.
So you have to keep him mind active.
He prefers being out exploring the world and having fun.
I completely backed him myself and have trained him to have a light mouth.
He can ride quite tense (very showjumper pony) and so do not want a rider who will force him into an outline.
Weight limit of 10.5/11 stone.
