Pumpkin is looking for a new home. She is homebred. Both her parents were owned by us, but have since moved on. However, we still have her grandfather.
Pumpkin has been handled since birth and is easy to handle in all ways. She is good with the Farrier and the Dentist. Her teeth were done in June 2023. She is up to date with her wormers and with the Farrier.
We started ground work with Pumpkin last year and she was then turned away for Winter. She will happily live in or out. She is currently turned out with a herd, including youngsters/foals which she is not phased by. Pumpkin is now back in work and doing extremely well. She takes everything in her stride and is willing to learn, picking things up quickly. Lunging is going well, and she has started getting used to the hose, getting more confident each time. Pumpkin loads without hesitation and happily walks on and off with no trouble. She has been tacked up and is more than happy to walk around with a small rider on board. She is ready and waiting for her new human to put their stamp on her. With more work this lovely mare has the potential to make an incredible lead rein, 1st ridden or pony club pony.
