Semi detached house in Ipswich IP3, available from 10th April.. Close to a bus stop, service to town is every 12 minutes. Shops and gym plus a ATM, are within walking distance. Ipswich Hospital is 1.7 miles. Landlord Lives in and has a vacant double bedroom for one guest.
There is a shared bathroom, but the guest have their own toilet and wash basin. I have a cleaner but would like my guest to clean up after them.
Ipswich station is a short bus ride and the train is just over an hour to London. I have fast unlimited 5G Wi-Fi. All bills are included, along with council tax.
I have a DBS cert as I have been host to Ukraine refugees.
Current agreement ? For a small deposit I will keep the room for you.
I will not share my home with a male guest.
