Sole use grazing wanted for 2 ponies .

Looking for sole use grazing for two ponies under 13.2 . As local to stowmarket as possible . Currently sharing with family member but with all the rain we have had she needs to save her grass . My daughter has anxiety hence looking for sole use or possible one other person and their horses to share. Both ponies are geldings and respectful of fencing . Would be nice to have shelters or stable , can bring water from home if local . Don’t mind something that needs work aslong as reflected in the rent .
