This is a rare opportunity to purchase an Elite Belmont greenhouse in powder coated white. The nominal size is 14ft x 8ft, the actual size is slightly more. The frame sits on 5" aluminium base. Although it can be sited directly onto soil. As this is an older model, it does not have a low threshold. The 5" base is the same height all across the front.
I would recommend that it is placed on a solid base to keep the powder coated base clean. The greenhouse comes with full pane toughened glass, four roof vents, each with a new automatic vent opener. There are two manual louvres. All the glazing seals have been replaced, the correct high tensile Elite nuts and bolts will be used when being reassembled. Stainless steel clips will be used to hold the glass in the frame. Pipework and fittings will be supplied to connect the gutters to your rainwater butt(s).
The price given includes delivery within 75 miles of LE5 2BA and assembly of the greenhouse on your prepared base which must be level. You will need to fix the greenhouse down once assembly is completed. If you live further away please contact me for advice on the additional costs.
