Castlemilk Moorits are small primitive rare breed.
Both rams and ewes are horned.
Easy to handle and not skittish like Soay.
Useful for smallholders, fleece, meat and conservation grazing. He is used to being around other animals. Will keep other animals company.
They are a hardy breed, easy maintenance and should be self-shearing.
Wool is valued by home spinners so I would recommend having them sheared for their wool.
