Sole use yard or grazing with shelter and electricity

I am looking for a yard or field with hard area with water and electricity. Arena not important as, if there is a flat area I can fence of an area. Ideally I will share with one other person, if not it just be for me and my horses. Yard doesn't have to be smart I can make it smart and tidy . Happy to have horses at someone's private house in return can look after there animals when I'm not working. Also my partner can drive a tractor and is experienced woth live stock animals too.
