Advert Description
I am looking for a sharer for my gelding, based in Northaw, EN6. I am looking for someone to share 1-2 days a week, including at least one weekday, and I would be looking for a financial contribution.
Please note that Basil is on DIY livery, hence yard duties would be required on any share days.
Basil is a 16.2hh 12 year old ISH x KWPN and is not a novice ride. He can be quirky and takes a lot confidence from his rider, particularly when hacking. Having said this, he has lovely paces, is a forward, fun ride and is very well schooled, so would be suited to someone who enjoys their schooling. I would prefer someone who is looking to have lessons, and we have instructors based on site, but you are welcome to use your own. Unfortunately, I would not want someone looking to jump.
Basil is a really sweet horse with a lot of love to give once you have established a relationship with him, and he will really try for you, but I want to be honest to ensure anyone contacting me is suited to him - finding the right person for him is my priority.
