This piano stool was purchased alongside a Bechstein Model IV Upright Piano. It is a modern stool with a vintage-style to match older pianos.
It is beautifully made, comfortable to sit on with a velvet material and has had fair use. It has been kept in very good condition and loved.
There are some very minor cosmetic marks on the legs, but nothing is damaged. The stool comes disassembled and needs a hex key (not included) to attach the legs to the main stool. The last two pictures in the listing show the hex nut and thread on the underside of the stool.
We do not know who the manufacturer of the stool is, but were told it was handmade in the north-east of England. It is about 5 years old.
The height is the standard of about 50cm without adjustment. This goes higher if needed.
We are selling this item as we have sold the piano and would like the stool to go to a good home now.
Item is for collection only, to ensure nothing is damaged in transit.
