My name is Ernie. I am about to turn 7 in may and have lived with my mum and friends for 4 years.
I am a cheeky chappy who is of a very happy disposition.
I love my friends and will be very sad to leave them but I’d love to have my very own person even more.
I am Green.
I’d be a happy companion or a happy hacker/show pony.
I have the beginnings of my ground work, I’ve worn a bridle and worked in one too.
I’ve been sat on and I was impeccably behaved. I’ve been walked on the roads and am pretty good with traffic but I haven’t done this regularly or recently so will need to be reintroduced.
I’ve been lunged and know what walk and trot means but I’m not a big fan of cantering and so need encouragement (or more training) to do this ! I do understand the word whoa though.
My mum hasn’t loaded me so she doesn’t know what I’m like with this.
Since I’ve moved here I’ve had an easy life but I am bored and need someone of my own to go on adventures with and learn new things.
I live with a mare and a gelding and I am middle of the pecking order. I can be a little grumpy with them but I’m never nasty.
I walk very well in hand and pick up all four feet.
I LOVE my carrot stretches and expect these everyday. (They’re my favourite)
I’m good with the Farriar but I am a cheeky chap and like to see what I can get away with at first.
I’ve only had my teeth done a couple of times but am good with the gag. I have had a little sedation each time which just makes sure each time is a relaxing experience and in the next year should be fine without any. I am up to date with this and I’ve just been wormed.
Not up to date with vaccs.
My mum is being completely upfront and honest because that’s the kind of person she wants to find to look after me.
Someone who is intuitive, experienced but above all kind.
