A Gerald David Coulson framed print. This one is titled "Winter Sunlight" which was first produced in 1926. It is a rural landscape scene of an elderly gentleman with a stick walking along a country lane with his dog. There is a church in the mist in the background. The print has his signature in the bottom left hand corner but it is not an original signature. Apparently the artist died in 1997. He is famous for his landscapes, portraits and vehicles particularly aircraft. His medium was oils. This picture was purchased ready framed in the 1990's from a gallery in Chester called A.E.Dutton & Son. The approx. measurements are: the outer dimensions 16.3/4" x 12.5/8" (42.5cm x 32cm), the inner dimensions 15.3/4" x 11.5/8" (40cm x 29.5cm) and the thickness of the frame is 0.1/2" (1.5cm). The frame is wood with some gold edging. The glass is non reflective. The condition is still good, there is minimal wear & tear on the frame. I have downsized and am looking to find new homes for my collections. This can be collected, it can be posted or I can meet within a reasonable distance.
