Ronnie is the kindest and easiest young horse to work with. He honestly makes working with young horses a dream.
Since coming over from Ireland a few months ago living out in a herd Ron has settled into busy yard life amazingly. He is currently stabled at night and out with friends in the day, he’s a friendly boy in the field and will happily graze with mares and geldings.
He has great confirmation with strong clean limbs.
We have done most of the basics with Ronnie, he now has had a rider on a few times and will happily walk and trot round.
He has been lunged over a couple of small jumps and showed great natural shape and ability.
Ronnie is very affectionate so loves a fuss and will stand to be groomed and bathed.
For anyone thinking of producing a young horse that doesn’t have much experience Ronnie would be a great starting point. Equally someone wanting to produce a quality competition type he definitely has it in him.
