We are selling our Ernie 3.5ton horsebox. Ldv Convoy.
Mileage 116k will increase as still in use.

Only for sale due to my broken leg I need a lower ramp to go out alone.
New Clutch at 110k. Payload 1100kg. Banana engine! New leaf springs and suspension at 110k. Starts first time on the coldest days.
New wheel bearings February this year (both front) and rear brake cables.
New exhaust system last summer.
Lightweight removable partion (with the best water resistant design you've ever seen.)
Small living in the back with sofa (storage underneath the sofa too).
Forward facing. Easy to open and close ramp as a single person (I'm only 5ft and can do the ramp)

Nothing has ever been scrimped on our Ernie he is maintained with classic oil (full spare bottle in the back). He is a 2000 plate so please don't expect to come to the latest box but he's the best you'll get below 10k!

He's a solid little box. Yes he's not the quietest as he's a banana engine however they are good strong engines. He's been up and down the country with us and handles woodhead pass like a car no issues.
Gets on and off field showgrounds with no issue even when raining! Happily cruises along at 60mph
