4 storey dolls house complete with furniture

Beautiful 4 storey dolls house. 9 lovely rooms with opening doors to landings with staircases. Top floor, top of house opens, is a playroom/ nursery etc.
I have furniture for all the rooms. There is a lovely white metal bed that needs soldering, I'd prefer someone in the know repair this. There are also dolls with ceramic faces,hands and feet. There are no electrics but I'm sure the right person could install some. Front door opens inwards.. This lovely house is well loved but in good condition.
There are loads of miscellaneous items that come with it.
