Farmhouse dining table solid needs TLC

Had this dining table for around 10 years, it’s solid and very good quality.
Naturally over the years it’s had some wear and tear, needs sanding and re painting.
Perfect for an upcycle project either to keep or sell on.
No chairs table only.
Selling due to not using it anymore and it’s quite large.
