French Imported 'Trait' Percheron. Very low mileage as was only professionally backed 3 years ago.
Extremely gentle giant. Loves attention. Not a bad bone in her body. Full of love for all the family including dogs!
Much loved by all children and adults that meet her.
Used for hacking with adults and children. Both novice and confident riders.
Only ever hacked in company with us as never a need to hack alone. She probably would not be as quiet hacking alone. Never been stabled. Travels and loads fine.
Barefoot. Teeth upto date. Snaffle mouth. Very steady ride. Will canter but more a slow paced hack (in company).
This beautiful grey mare does have a roach-back so does appear an odd shape but she was born like this so perfectly happy to be ridden. She has never had a foal and i would not want her to be used as a broodmare. She wears a bareback saddle which she will come with. A vet has checked her and she has seen a chiropractor and both happy with her to continue hacking. She won't jump and too laid back for anything but a slow hack around the lanes. She is fine in traffic.
She is turned out with mares and geldings. Very kind and motherly. No known health issues.
This is a hard family decision so we will only allow the best of homes to view her.
She is 16yrs old and around 16hh.
