Comes with a rain cover. Wheels are rubber. It's had a wipe down. Good condition other than the scratches and the cut hole shown in the photo. Collection only. My youngest is growing out of prams so hasn't been used for a while. Nice pram to push never had a problem with it. I have more photos if you need
