Lovely home bred gelding yearling (born 9th July 2022) with tons of potential
Dejavues Cookie Monster (Monty)
Registered Part Bred Arab (50%) gelding.
Monty is Chestnut/Roan to make 16hh+ (standing just under 14'3" currently and bum high).
Monty is very well handled and super friendly, always chasing everyone down for love and hugs in the field and a constant companion while poo picking.
All the hard work is already done. Castrated in January 2023, Vaccinate, microchipped, wormed and feet regularly seen by blacksmith.
He will tie on the yard, go in the stable or field with mares and geldings. Lived out all winter in the herd with rugs and access to barn with no issues.
He'll walk out, loves to be groomed from head to toe and is surrounded by dogs and small children on a regular basis so working well on general desensitisation.
Sire is 'Dejavue' a fully registered English bred Arab who has a fantastic temperament that he passes to his foals (Flea bitten grey in pictures). He has competed at Eventing and jumping with exceptional capability. Many of his older foals are very capable jumpers with a lovely movement and presence. Adding the Arab quality and flare to everything he's mixed with.
Monty's dam is 'Just Justice' a 16'2" registered sports horse from Criminal Law eventing lines on Sire side and steeplechase back ground on dams side giving a very strong foundation for foals with great performance potential ( shown with Monty as foal in pictures)
Both parents are at home and can be seen, fussed and fed liberal amounts of treats. We also have a 9 y/o and 6 month old half brothers from same stallion and 2y/o full sister to Monty.
