Qualcast hand push lawn mower

This is an old Qualcast push mower and unfinished project, I'm looking for someone to finish it off and make use of it. It has been stripped down and cleaned , most of it has been rubbed down just requires finishing ,painting and assembling. There is no box (sorry). This would be ideal for small lawns and where you are struggling to get electricity to the area.
