These are home grown family friendly chickens.
We are happy for you to meet our chickens, and to share chicken keeping tips from what we have learnt.
This is a family hobby, we are not professional breeders, so we are not always available as family comes first!
Sat 9-10am or other times by arrangement.
The cream crested legbars (Ccl) lay beautiful blue green eggs. Their chicks are sexable at hatch so you can choose to only raise future hens. Although sexing has proved to be reliable, we never give a guarantee of sex until they lay an egg!

Older chicks from £12
Silkies are dopey characters who provide a lot of amusement. These are the chickens favoured for petting. Some of them seem to thrive on being picked up, cuddled and groomed by children.
They take a bit longer to reach maturity, some of the cockerels rarely crow and are the most cuddly! The chicks are not sexable at hatch.
