Highly versatile and a great addition to any kitchen, this Griddle & Grill is part of the Style Collection from Cuisinart and features a stylish Midnight Grey finish. Supplied with interchangeable griddle and grill plates, the Griddle & Grill can be used for a range of recipes - from perfectly cooked steaks through to tasty paninis and delicious pancakes.
The removable griddle and grill plates have a high-grade non-stick coating and are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The ribbed side is ideal for creating char lines on meat and paninis whilst the flat side is perfect for eggs and pancakes. Mix and match the sides and you have the perfect cooking surfaces for a cooked breakfast. The Style Collection Griddle & Grill is also a healthy way to cook food thanks to the grill plates' non-stick coating which requires very little oil to be used when cooking. Any excess oil and fat created during the cooking process drains away into an integrated drip tray.
The Style Collection Griddle & Grill can be used as a contact grill. The floating hinge (up to 8cm) allows the lid to rest gently over the food, cooking it quickly and easily on both sides. Alternatively the Style Collection Griddle & Grill can be used in the open position when cooking more delicate ingredients or if you require a bigger cooking area.
Other features of the Cuisinart Style Collection Griddle & Grill include variable heat settings to a maximum of 240°C; adjustable timer (from 0 to 30 minutes) with audible alert;
