Towel rail for bathroom or kitchen chrome

Towel rail for kitchen or bathroom, chrome.
It measures 58.5 cm x 15.5 cm (both of these sizes include the fixing plate ) x by 22 cm deep.
There is a dent on the underside - see photo. This should not be visible when fixed to wall, as it is underneath. Otherwise, it is in good condition. (The books in second photo are to show level i. e. as it would look when attached.)
It is for collection only. I take cash on collection.
