Our lodge is at a 5* park overlooking Snowdonia National Park, we've had fun and have had a good income from renting it out. On evaluation, we were told that it's the in better condition than others of it's age. There is an amazing playground on site and there is so much to do in the area and it's a great central place to have days out to all the tourist attractions in North Wales.

The ABI Westwood has a spacious open plan living space. The fully fitted kitchen is well-designed with integrated appliances and practical with plenty of storage and worktop space and includes a breakfast bar and two stools.
The dining area consists of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.
The lounge benefits from a free-standing 3-seater sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed) and 2 executive lounge chairs and an electric fire. The patio doors then lead onto a front decking area with hot tub.
Master bedroom with king size ottoman bed, vanity unit, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
