An antique pair of scales. I haven't noticed any stamps, other than a couple of "H's" underneath. Despite their present look, they are actually a quality pair of scales that require a little work & tidying up.
They're a bit scruffy, as the patinas a little tarnished but I'm sure they'll polish up nicely. There's a couple of weights which came with them. I'm not sure if they're original or even old.
The base is approx 6" wide.
It's in expected condition for an item of this age & nature. Quite tarnished but the velvet looks original. One of the pans doesn't look level.
