Mature English couple resident in France since 2009 are looking for a house or cottage to rent for minimum 1 year in Aquitaine, SW France. Minimum requirements: 2/3 bedrooms, fenced garden, garage. Furnished or unfurnished. We have 1 small well-behaved dog so must be pet-friendly. Budget £600 per month but are willing to provide caretaking and/or general maintenance services in return for a reduced rent.
