Turkey poults, ducklings, chickens and geese

I will be looking at hatching out over 100 + turkey poults (females around 4.2 kilos +, males 5 kilos +) this year over the next coming months and also possible meat strain ducklings (around 1.8kilos + at finishing) and wondered if there were any more places I could sell these or even if anybody would be interested in purchasing?
I can hatch large numbers of geese/chickens or quail if the demand is high enough.
