Shared grazing land for horses (May onwards) Tibshelf

This advert is located in and around Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Advert Description

Rare space available on 24/7 grazing land in Tibshelf.

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac
Access to the 5 pits trail less than 5 minute walk without the use of main roads.
Miles and miles of hacking or hand walking opportunities on your doorstep with the minimal amount of road work.

To live out full time with a small mixed herd.
No restrictions on what times you go up as long as you go up daily or arrange for someone else to check for you. Outside of that you are left to enjoy your horse and do what you want. Lovely peaceful environment.

Hay/hayledge is bought in in winter and the cost split between us
I have a couple of good suppliers who have really looked after me, but I'm always open to options.
It's diy but we all work together during winter.
Fed hay/hayledge as needed, normally between October and April (weather depending)
Theres lots of natural shelter and things for the horses to forage. Its a mix of flat land, slope and hillside. Small shelter used for storing hay/hayledge.
Sections are rested so there is always some grass available.
No running water, but i fill water cannisters and it works fine.

Over looked by multiple neighbouring houses so there is always someone keeping an eye on the horses. Genuinely lovely people in really nice community, no busy bodies or anything like that.

Lovely area.
